Requirements:

All Jaguars have an equal opportunity to join a sports team for the 4 seasons: Fall, Winter 1, Winter 2, and Spring.
Please find below a list of required forms that are required in order for a student to participate in any of the Sports at John R. Lewis Middle School:

ATHLETICS PARENT PICKUP (Spanish)

Additionally, every student participating in any sport at John R. Lewis Middle School is expected to maintain a minimum passing grade of D or above. Any student who does not meet the academic requirement may not participate during Game Day.

Other important information:

1. Home games are played on Thursday. Away games played on Monday.
2. 6/7th grade team plays at 4:00 pm. 8th Grade team plays at 5:00pm.
3. Practice days are normally two days of the week. Check with coach for exact date.
4. Parents are expected to pick up students on time after every practice and game day.
5. All athletes are expected to be leaders and role models at John R. Lewis Middle School
